Refund policy

1. Return period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item. After this period, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund.

 

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

3. Return process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at contact@irosuki.com to request return authorization.
• Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
• Send the package to the address that will be provided to you by email.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

 

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 15 business days.
