Fairy Tail is a shōnen manga written by Hiro Mashima. It follows the adventures of Natsu Dragneel, a dragon slayer who uses fire magic and is a member of the Fairy Tail mages guild. He is accompanied by Lucy Heartfilia, a constellationist who joins the guild at the beginning of the story, as well as other iconic members such as Happy (a talking blue cat), Gray Fullbuster (an ice mage), and Erza Scarlet (a formidable warrior).

Together, they complete missions, battle dark guilds, and gradually uncover the mysteries surrounding the dark mage Zeref and the fearsome dragon Acnologia. The story follows their fight to protect their friends and the magical world, while exploring Natsu's past and the origins of his powers.
